Kevin Garrett ran the fastest 40 yard dash time at the National Football League (NFL) Combine in 2003 (4.31 seconds); he was then selected by the St. Louis Rams in the 5th round (#172 overall). He spent his time in the NFL with the Rams, Houston Texans, and Carolina Panthers. The Panthers signed and allocated Garrett to NFL Europa, where he played and was a full-time starter for the Amsterdam Admirals. Garrett finished up his professional playing career in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He saw action with the Calgary Stampeders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Kevin Garrett currently owns a Sports Performance Gym & possesses the following certifications: CPT - Certified Personal Trainer CSAQS - Certified Speed, Agility & Quickness Specialist CF-L1 - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer CSCS - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist USATF Level 1 - USA Track & Field Coach USAW Level 1 - USA Weightlifting Coach He earned three degrees from Southern Methodist University (SMU): - BBA in Marketing - BA in Psychology - Masters in Liberal Arts He was also a member of the SMU Track & Field team where he possessed blazing speed that earned him numerous conference & national accolades. Some of his personal best times are 10.09 seconds in the 100m, 20.72 seconds in the 200m & 4.24 sec in the 40 yard dash.
So how did the classical Latin become so incoherent? According to McClintock, a 15th century typesetter likely scrambled part of Cicero's De Finibus in order to provide placeholder text to mockup various fonts for a type specimen book. Whether a medieval typesetter chose to garble a well-known (but non-Biblical—that would have been sacrilegious) text, or whether a quirk in the 1914 Loeb Edition inspired a graphic designer, it's admittedly an odd way for Cicero to sail into the 21st century.
